The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is situated in a very nice neighborhood that offers a refreshing change from the touristy center. it is conveniently located close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. the surrounding area is calm and peaceful, ensuring a relaxing stay at the hotel.
The hotel lacks modernity and sophistication, as it is a bit simple and normal in terms of its design and amenities.

The location is perfect for those who want a calm neighborhood and easy access to public transportation. There's a metro station nearby that will take you quickly to the city center or airport. We enjoyed free water and coffee in our room and the balcony offered a nice spot to relax. The owner was friendly and helpful.
The lodging was very basic and lacked modern amenities. It was not a hotel but rather a big apartment split into smaller rooms, with thin walls that didn't provide much sound proofing.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The best aspects were the location near the metro and the calm neighborhood with a different experience from the busy tourist center. The cleanliness and hotel facilities were also great. Transportation was convenient, with the nearby Metro Station Monti Tiburtini offering direct connections to both Termini and the Tiburtina rail station. We also appreciated the complimentary water and coffee in the room, as well as the balcony.
